Doodles: Fishermen

During my break from work today I created the Fisherman and his Daughter.
I'm really quite fond of them!

E4 E-Sting Competiton!

As I was repeatedly getting yelled at by the E-Sting Competition adverts on TV, I decided to give it a shot this year! I now have all the equipment and set up I need to bash out some lovely little animations, and so here's what I came up with! I tried to be quirky and have the weird and wonderful element that E4 seem to respond to! From what I've seen the competition is very good this year so wish me luck!

Skillset Animation and VFX Showcase 2013

Hello! This week I was lucky enough to have been invited to the annual Skillset Animation and VFX Showcase in London.
It was a big test for me to speak with industry professionals from all over the UK, and sell myself and my work!
I do think that it was a fruitful evening, I made a lot of contacts with wonderful creative people and also got a load of great advice!
There's a beautiful picture of the London skyline taken from the 32nd floor of our venue!!

Banshee - Scream.Run.Die

Apologies for my absence!
Post Uni life is quite quiet as it turns out, but not any more!
I have recently began doing some work with a Company called Mr Dog Films, on a project called Banshee.

I am helping to create an online multiplayer horror game, in which you can decide to play as Human or Spirit.

However! It is only a few days until their Kickstarter pledge ends! And the team is so close to the goal!
If any of you out there would pledge as little as £1, the team would be so grateful!

Help us do this!!

Mermaids, Sirens and Selkies

Now that I'm back to my old computer I am able to share some of the work that was on there with you! I have updated my Work tab with these Beauties!

Graduation Show

 Now it's all over!
On Wednesday I attended our Graduation Show for the Computer Games Course and the Animation Course here at the City Campus in Newport.

It was a wonderful night where we celebrated our Graduate films and projects. It was great to see my work in so many of the other films and games being showcased that night!

A massive Thank You to everyone who came and a huge well done to everyone who had a display!!

Father's Day!

It's Father's Day!
And on account that my Dad is so wonderful and supportive, and that he has enabled me to follow my dreams and eat while at University, I took the time to make him a little card.

It's a drawing of an actual picture we took at Disney World on Holiday.
He wonders why I love it there so much.
It's all his fault.
:)
