So this week I've been moving out of my University digs, it's been a very sad ordeal as I'll be leaving my closest friends of three years! But adventure is out there for all of us! And I'm learning to drive so they'll never get away!
But packing up my room has un earthed some of my favourite sketches and art works from the last two years.
Mostly mermaids but there we are, enjoy!
Here is an acrylic canvas with a paper and pencil mermaid, I've always loved this one.
This is an oil painting of the above mermaid, I think I prefer the multi media one above though. This was painted for no particular reason other than I love mermaids and wanted to hang one in my Uni room!
Another mermaid! I could pop up every single one I found but that would be silly... Or maybe ill do it another day!!
I also found this beauty! I had to buy the beautiful oval canvas when I found it at the works, I never knew what I would do with it but one day after Uni I sat out and painted this Scene, with you guessed it, another mermaid. I'm always experimenting with their design and this one was a bit more murky. I'm mostly happy with the mountains and sky, I love the colours and blending.
And the last little thing I found was this business card that I designed for a friend a few years ago. Her little business is going well and so I'm pleased I was able to help her out with the logo that she wanted!
